Making Hard Cider
Ask for Dan Beardsley or Josh for advice on the various styles and methods of making your hard cider.
We will have a special blend of cider available for making hard cider on Sunday, November 3rd. We will make 1 full tank (300 gal) which will be available on a first come, first served basis on Nov 3rd, only from 10am until its gone. All other weekends we will have untreated cider available for making hard cider as well.

All pies are available baked except for the sugar-free pie.

You will smell our farm-baked pies before you even walk into the Cider Mill. They are stuffed full of fresh fruit and we bake them on the premises every day. You may also purchase our pies frozen to bake at your convenience.
